By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are cosmetic in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging. 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@myliquidaroma.com with a picture/video of the damage in order for us to process a new shipment.

We are unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders that have been opened or used.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs in order to return an item. Please contact us at support@myliquidaroma.com to get the return shipping address. 

Products on sale are not covered by our return policy.
